Course Description

This webinar will answer the question you hear frequently from your clients “Why didn’t I hear about a federal or state legislation change ahead of time, or at all?  Are you ready to stop having to answer that question? You’re not alone. We know it can be extremely time-consuming and challenging for staff to manually aggregate this information, identify which clients are affected, and then advise those affected clients. By the time they do, it could be too late. Don’t let manual processes hold your firm back. Hear from Peter Wesch, Tax Principal at Smith Marion & Co. and Lisa Erickson, Technology Product Manager at Wolters Kluwer as they share the benefits of leveraging the CCH Axcess Suite.

Learning Objectives:

  • Outline how to improve client satisfaction and relationships by providing proactive advisory services

  • Define how to remain competitive, relevant, and different from our existing and new clients

  • Recognize how to enable your staff to practice at the top of their license, increasing productivity, profit margin, and overall firm growth
