Course Description

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies were custom designed for anonymity. This can be a major problem in cases where criminals, divorcing spouses, or individuals filing for bankruptcy might attempt to hide their wealth from the legal system.

This course will cover the steps and information that investigators need to know in order to locate, investigate, and trace crypto assets. Attendees will gain knowledge on how to read blockchain transactions and trace assets through the blockchain.
